The workshop venue is the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott, Arizona campus. The physical address for this venue (for your Google Maps and such) is: 3700 Willow Creek Rd, Prescott, Arizona 86301.

Day-1 proceedings will be held in the Student Union Hangar. Day-2 talks and panels will be held in the Davis Learning Center (DLC) Auditorium, while the CTF will be held in the Student Union Hangar. View the Campus map.  

Prescott, Arizona can be reached by various means of transportation. Here are some common ways to travel to Prescott:

  • By Air: The nearest airport to Prescott is the Prescott Regional Airport (PRC). You can fly into PRC from major airports such as LAX and Denver. Alternatively, you can consider flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and then driving to Prescott (about a 2-hour drive).
  • By Car: Driving to Prescott is a convenient option. If you are starting in Phoenix and head north on I-17 N and continue until you reach the exit for AZ-69 N towards Prescott. After taking the AZ-69 N exit, follow the signs for Prescott. You can use a GPS navigation system or online maps to plan your route if your starting point is elsewhere.
  • Rideshare Services: Popular rideshare services, like Groome Shuttle, operate trips between PHX airport and popular dropoff/pickup points in Prescott. If you're arriving at or departing from PHX airport, you can use their services for the last/first leg of your journey.
