Transfer Student Applicants Must Submit
- All official college transcripts must be sent directly from each institution. An official evaluation of all previously completed college-level coursework will be forwarded to you, indicating the courses for which you will receive credit from Embry-Riddle.
- High school transcript is required only for those who have earned fewer than 30 college credit hours after graduating from high school.
- Transfer students may be asked to submit this Mid-Year Grade Report Form to the Admissions Office in order to better assess your academic record.
- If you have military experience, include a copy of your DD-214 (when available) and military education transcripts.

Though not required, we appreciate your employment and community activities summarized in a resume format to include employment, accomplishments, community activities, academic awards, honors, hobbies and other information.
Admissions Essay
While an essay is not required for admission, it may help us to assess your qualifications. You may include an essay when you submit your application package.
Letters of Recommendation
Letters from your teachers, employers or a community leader can address areas of your background that are not always evident in your academic record. We suggest you submit two letters of recommendation. Letter of Recommendation forms are available for your convenience in PDF format. The forms are not required. Letters of recommendation submitted by your references are acceptable.
