The ERAU–NASA–NSF Aerospace Cybersecurity Workshop is a two-day event focused on advancing aviation and space cybersecurity through research exchange, collaboration, and workforce development. As part of the workshop, students will have the opportunity to present their cybersecurity research to professionals from government, industry, and academia, receive feedback, and expand their professional networks.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott Campus is accepting student research poster submissions for the 3rd ERAU–NASA–NSF Aerospace Cybersecurity Workshop, to be held April 8–9, 2026.
Are you a student working on cybersecurity research? This is your opportunity to showcase your work to industry experts, researchers, and government stakeholders, and to engage directly with the aerospace cybersecurity community.

Poster topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Cybersecurity of aircraft, spacecraft, UAVs, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)
- Securing avionics, communications, ground systems, and satellites
- AI and machine learning for aerospace cybersecurity
- Risk assessment, threat modeling, and cyber resilience
- Cyber policy, regulations, workforce, and training
- Cyber threat intelligence and emerging aerospace cyber risks
Poster Format Guidelines
- Size: 30 × 40 inches (landscape or portrait)
- Content: Title, authors, affiliation(s), research summary, methodology, key findings, and impact
- Design: Clear, readable, and visually engaging
- Submission: Posters must be printed and brought to the workshop
- Note: Poster boards and pins will be provided onsite
Submission and Presentation Details
- Poster submission deadline: March 20, 2026
- Review criteria: Relevance to the workshop, clarity, and contribution
- Notification: Accepted authors will be notified and may be asked to revise posters based on feedback
- Best Poster Award: Posters will be evaluated during the workshop
