The Thumb Butte Complex Suites (T2), located on the south end of campus, houses First-Year Students. The First-Year Experience program is designed to help first-year students with the transition to college on academic, social and educational levels. Staff are trained to handle first-year transitional issues.
Each Thumb Butte Suite unit has a common area with a microwave/refrigerator, table and chairs. The unit has two vanities, and the shower has built-in cubbies for storage. Bedroom A (left side of suite) is a double-occupancy bedroom, whereas Bedroom B (right side of suite) is a triple-occupancy bedroom. All bedrooms come with desks, drawers and built-in closet space for the residents. The building has a game room, fitness center, community kitchen, study rooms and community lounges.
