• Create your FSA ID:

The FSA ID is your user ID and signature for federal websites and forms. Keep it in a secure place, as you will need it each year.

If you are a dependent student, your parents will need their own FSA ID. Go to studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account.

  • File your FAFSA:

Complete each year at studentaid.gov/fafsa and include the Daytona Beach Campus school code 001479 for all ERAU locations.

Allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. The priority submission date is March 1 for the fall.

  • Apply for scholarships:

Search and submit applications each year. Find information and applications at prescott.erau.edu/financial-aid/scholarships.

Complete the ERAU Donor Funded Scholarship Application at erau.edu/scholarships from November 1 to March 1 each year.

  • Monitor your To-Do List on ERNIE and complete all Tasks:

Check the week after submitting the FAFSA and throughout the year on ERNIE > Campus Solutions > Tasks.

  • Estimate your costs:

  • Register for classes:

You should receive a welcome email from your academic advisor that contains a registration guide and how to book an appointment. Make sure to register full-time by the Fee Payment Deadline each term.

  • Enroll in eRefund:

After ERAU charges are paid, receive the remaining aid via direct deposit. Before enrolling, turn off your pop-up blocker and have your bank’s routing number and your personal checking/savings account number available. Go to ERNIE > Campus Solutions > Finances > My Student Account > Make a Payment–Access Account > Electronic Refunds > Setup Account.

  • Opt-out of ERAU Health Insurance, if you have it already:

All students are required to have health insurance; therefore, all students are automatically enrolled in the University’s student health insurance plan with the premium charged to their account. Students who can provide proof of comparable coverage can opt out by completing an Insurance Waiver Request by the Fee Payment Deadline on ERNIE > Campus Solutions > Finances > Complete Health Insurance Info. For help, contact the Wellness Center at 928-777-6653 or prwellnesscenter@erau.edu.

Then, allow 10 business days for your decal to arrive by mail. Visit prescott.erau.edu/about/security and click on the link "Online Parking Registration" in the right-hand column.

  • Pay any remaining balance by the Fee Payment Deadline:
