Wellness Center Visitor Policy

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our policies have changed so that we can provide you with outstanding medical care.

All patients must call for an appointment; there will be no walk-in appointments. To protect our patients and staff, all patients who enter the Wellness Center will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one to wear during your visit.

A phone is located next to the Wellness Center door in the hallway of Bldg. 73. Anyone needing service from the Wellness Center can call the office at 928-777-6653 using the wall phone outside the Wellness Center or using their personal cell phone. You may be instructed to wait in your car until the staff makes preparations for your arrival.

In order to decrease the risk of cross-contamination and to make everything touch-free, all students must download, print and complete all required paperwork from the ERNIE Wellness Center webpage.

This paperwork must be completed and emailed to bielm@erau.edu before check-in.

You must also bring your Eagle Card and your insurance card with you to your appointment. (If you only have a copy on your phone, you must email it to the Wellness Center at bielm@erau.edu). If you do not have the required documents or insurance information, and you have not provided it properly in advance, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Proper cleaning will be done between each patient visit. There will be a designated sick room and a designated well-patient room.

Upon entering the exam room all students will be asked to wash their hands, for those who are ill, staff will be in proper protective equipment. Labs will be collected on-site, if needed at the appointment time. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
