In the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Lab, students learn to use IH equipment to monitor and evaluate human health exposures. The lab supports research on occupational health exposures to particulates, mold, volatile organic compounds, noise, vibration and mental fatigue. It also supports assessment of ventilation, respirator fit testing, basic human physiology and illumination.
