Get a sense of what it's like to be an Embry-Riddle student! Our student-led tours give prospective students and their families an opportunity to explore areas of interest while learning about the overall Embry-Riddle experience.
Tours are available Monday through Friday, with Saturday tours offered once per month during the fall and spring semesters only. It is highly recommended that you schedule your tour ahead of time to secure your spot and optimize your visit. Activity around campus will be limited on days when classes are not in session. These dates include Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks. Please check the Academic Calendar for these breaks or call us at 928-777-6600.
We tailor tours for your student's specific interests and feature a general overview of our facilities, including:
- Labs
- Campus Facilities
- Residence Halls (exterior view only)
- Dining Facilities
- Recreation Facilities
- The Flight Line (requires separate registration)
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour. If you arrive late and miss your tour departure, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next tour or reschedule you for a later date.
Visitor parking is available in front of the Visitor Center.
We offer a primary Campus Tour experience, with an optional Flight Line Tour add-on for students interested in aviation.
*Tours prior to May 4, 2026 should be scheduled using only this link. Select “Yes” under the Aviation Tour option if you would like to include the Flight Line.
Beginning on May 4, 2026, Flight Line tours will require a separate registration.
