Rave Guardian is an app that students, employees and visitors can download on their smartphones to have direct contact with ERAU’s Campus Safety & Security Department.

Access will be given to facilities for those students who are properly authorized. If a resident is locked out of their University-managed housing room, they should first seek assistance from a member of the Housing staff. If they are not available, the Campus Safety & Security Department will be happy to assist in contacting them. The on-call RA phone number is: 928-777-3790, and the Campus Safety & Security Department’s phone number is 928-777-3333.

The ERAU Prescott Campus Lost and Found is located in the Campus Safety & Security Department at Building 14 through Eagle Services. The Department is open 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

We have various items that are found on campus, such as clothing, jewelry, computers, water bottles and USB flash drives. We keep most items for 30 days. After that time period, most items get donated to local charities or discarded.

Eagle Cards should also be turned into Eagle Services at Building 13.

To inquire about an item or more information, please visit the Campus Safety & Security Department, contact the Department through Eagle Guardian or call the Department at 928-777-3333.

Campus Safety and Security Officers will assist on campus to motorists and bike owners by providing jump-starts or bicycle lock removal for registered bicycles. These services may be requested by contacting the Campus Safety & Security Department through Eagle Guardian or at 928-777-3333.

With the exception of law enforcement officers, the University prohibits firearms on campus. Airsoft replicas, paintball guns and archery equipment are allowed in residence halls if appropriately permitted. More information can be found in the Information & Policy Guide from Housing & Residence Life or the Student Handbook.

The purpose of our Traffic and Parking rules are to protect the safety of all persons on the ERAU Prescott Campus and to support the University’s efforts to provide a productive learning community. Eagle Services should be consulted with any parking or vehicle-related questions.

The online report system allows you to submit a non-emergency report immediately. All cases filed within this system will be reviewed. If further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted for follow-up or additional details.

The Campus Safety & Security Department accepts requests from parents to check on or make contact with their child if they have been unable to reach them by phone or other form of contact. The Campus Safety & Security Department handles these requests for welfare checks in a manner that protects the privacy of the students and provides for their safety and well-being. Welfare check requests can be called into the Campus Safety & Security Department at 928-777-3333.

The Safe Walk program is designed to provide walking accompaniment for students, faculty, staff and visitors who may feel unsafe walking on campus. Safe Walks are available 365 days a year.

Members of the Campus Safety & Security Department are available to talk to any student or employee group. These talks are designed to educate members of the campus community about security and safety issues, and various techniques that can be used to prevent crime on campus.

Some topics include: alcohol awareness, conflict management, mental health first aid and general safety.

If you or your group would like a safety presentation, contact the Campus Safety at 928-777-3333.
