College of Security and Intelligence Dedication Ceremony

Embry-Riddle Prescott's College of Security and Intelligence (CSI) represents the first comprehensive degree-granting college of its kind in the United States. CSI focuses on the training of future security and intelligence professionals, on both the national and international level. Here at CSI, we are addressing some of the most critical security challenges of our time, and the demand for our graduates is strong. The College’s courses of study emphasize undergraduate and graduate research in the fields of international security and global intelligence. The knowledge and solutions that are created today will lead to laws and policies tomorrow. With strong programs in Chinese, Arabic, and Spanish, CSI also remains committed to integrating foreign language study within its undergraduate program.

Dr. Philip Jones

Dr. Jones is a former CIA intelligence analyst and an international security expert with extensive field experience in political and security risk studies and management for corporate clients.

Forensic Biology

Bachelor of Science in Forensic Biology

Two brand new state-of-the-art laboratories, the Forensic Lab and Biology Lab, will provide vast opportunities for active learning and experience with professional-grade equipment. All of the biology and chemistry courses have accompanying hands-on laboratory components. Activities include evidence collection, crime scene investigation, tissue sampling and analysis, and will include a heavy emphasis on DNA techniques.
