Master Sergeant Tiffany N. Barrios

Master Sergeant Tiffany N. Barrios is the AFROTC Superintendent at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. As the Superintendent, she is responsible for managing A1’s largest case management system, the $10M myPers Customer Experience system and supervises operations for five technicians. She maintains system data integrity by monitoring 2M Airmen records, 3.3M associated cases and 7.2K Knowledge Articles. Sergeant Barrios enables day-to-day operations within myPers, ensuring 24/7 system availability for Tier-0 applications and designing user and security balanced system access. She drives Tier-0 automation by reviewing requirements, reengineering business processes to fit within the a commercial off-the-shelf program and configures the business process within the system. She constructs intricate analytic reports for 2.7K users and monitors overall program and agent performance. Furthermore, she established Knowledge Management initiatives and customer outreach capabilities for 3.2K internal and 3.3K external Total Force web customers and agents. 

Sergeant Barrios graduated from Fort Stockton High School in 2009. She earned an Associate in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 2015. She enlisted in the Air Force on Jun 16, 2009, and upon graduating Basic Military Training, went on to Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi for Personnel Apprentice course. Her first duty assignment was with the 319th Force Support Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. She has 10 years of active duty service with experience working in base level personnel support and headquarters positions. Her tours include Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota and Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. She has deployed to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM as PERSCO.
