Rates for Students Choosing Prescott Housing and Residence Life
The residence halls are one of the most economical ways you can live in the Prescott Area.
Residence halls include: utilities, air conditioning, internet access, cable TV and fully furnished rooms, all starting with rates as low as $499.00 per month. Living on campus keeps commuting costs low. Campus residents have a wide variety of free entertainment options available to them all within minutes of the Residence Halls.
All first-year students under 21 years of age, without permanent residency in Yavapai County and with less than 28 earned credit hours are required to live in University-managed housing for their first full academic year (fall and spring). First-year students are also required to participate in the Dining Services meal program. To review exceptions to residency and board requirements please refer to the ERAU 2009-2010 Undergraduate Catalog.
