This summer is an exciting time on the ERAU campus
Sodexo is proud to be your new dining service provider, and we have great plans for ERAU!
For the summer
The Latitude 35° North Café is open until June 15, offering high quality made-to-order sandwiches and wraps and a complete grill menu, including burgers, quesadillas and fries. The Starbucks espresso drinks you love will still be available.
New this summer is a hot breakfast menu available all day, featuring breakfast burritos, omelets, pancakes, waffles and French toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes and more!

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
9:30 a.m - 7:00 p.m.
Your Block Meal Plans are valid at the Latitude 35° North Café. One swipe (one meal) can be redeemed for an entrée, side and beverage.
Our new breakfast options are available as part of your Meal Equivalency.
One meal swipe from your block plans is valid for a complete meal any time of day, including:
- An entrée
(made to order from the menu or pre-made Simply To Go sandwich or salad) - One side dish
(fries, salad, potatoes or fruit) - Up to two beverages
(brewed coffee, juice, milk, or fountain soda)
Juice, milk and cereal are the only prepackaged items that are part of the meal equivalency.
Other prepackaged items, such as bottled sodas and chips, are not part of the meal equivalency program.
Beginning June 1, the main dining hall will reopen for Summer Sessions A and B, featuring new menus and products at all our destinations:
- International – ethnic flavors abound here
- Exhibition – cooked-to order entrees and sides
- The Grill – all the traditional favorites are here
- Classics – good, old-fashioned home cooking
- Pizza and Pasta – everyone loves a good pizza, and this is the place to get it, along with other Italian favorites
- The Deli – sometimes a freshly made sandwich is the perfect meal, and quality meats, cheeses and toppings complement our delicious breads
- Salad Bar – make your own salad just the way you like, or try some of our composed salads and soups for a light meal
And, of course, a wide selection of beverages and desserts round out the experience.

A wide variety of full meals will be available during all peak meal times, and the salad bar, deli, grill, pizza and beverages will be available throughout the day. Breakfast will be available at the grill all day.
