- Alpha Sigma Tau (AST) - To promote sisterhood and encourage women to be active, self-reliant and trustworthy. To establish a group of ERAU women who are supportive of each other and the community. Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be selected for membership.
- Alpha Xi Delta (AZD) - To encourage bonds of sisterhood through activities of leadership and friendship. Members must be female, enrolled full time at the university and sustain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Panhellenic Association - To foster inter-fraternity relationships, to assist collegiate chapters and to aid the university in maintaining the highest scholastic and social standards. Membership is limited to female students.
- Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) - To promote brotherhood, friendship and academic success as well as to support members through social and service endeavors. Members must be male, successfully complete a new member class and be voted in by members of the chapter.
- Sigma Chi - To cultivate and maintain the high ideals of friendship, justice and learning upon which Sigma Chi was found. Membership is limited to male students.
- Sigma Pi - To maintain a fraternal group united in a common cause with each member contributing to the whole through their own spirit of brotherhood. Members must be male, 18 or older, enrolled full time at the university and sustain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Sigma Tau Gamma (Sig Tau) - To bind men together in a fraternal brotherhood, build lifelong friendships and provide an environment for learning while striving for superior performance. Sigma Tau Gamma also strives to benefit the community, university and country. Membership is limited to male students.
- Theta Xi - To provide a college home environment for its active members in which fellowship and alumni guidance lead to wholesome mental, moral, physical and spiritual growth. Membership is limited to male students.
