Departments
The Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering administers the Aerospace Engineering (AE) degree program. With 14 faculty and nearly 500 students, it is one of the largest aerospace engineering departments in the country. The department also administers a brand new degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME). Students of the AE and ME degree programs benefit from highly experienced faculty and exceptional campus facilities.
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is home to both the Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Engineering (CE) degree programs. These fields are essential to aircraft and spacecraft performance. As such, all students receive the highest level of academic training in the areas of circuit design and analysis, software programming, and control systems. All labs and classes are conducted by experienced faculty, all of whom have industry experience in their respective fields.
