Internships

Internships present a tremendous career building opportunity for our students. Embry-Riddle's industry-wide reputation for excellence attracts a large number of internship opportunities at some of the world's best aviation companies. Students working in this capacity develop an improved understanding of their future work environment. It also fosters the development of essential networking skills. Many of our students find their internship to be one of the most rewarding parts of their University experience.

Certified Flight Instructors (CFI's)

The University employs a number of its undergraduates as well as graduates and others as Certified Flight Instructors (CFI's) at our flight line. These instructors have the opportunity to help prepare the next generation of pilots using next-generation technology. The University's training environment has been invaluable to young pilots with airline pilot career aspirations. Our CFI's are highly sought after by airlines because of their extensive knowledge base and glass cockpit experience.
