At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott your health and well being is our concern.

The Health Services department provides ongoing healthcare and counseling services to students, student spouses and alumni. We provide the following services in a friendly, caring environment:

• Preventative Care
• Health Education Services
• Diagnosis and Treatment of illness or injury
• Counseling Services
• CPR and First Aid Training with AED's

Our staff of 15 highly trained doctors, nurses and administrators makes sure that Embry-Riddle is your home away from home and offers you the caring support, preventative care, and treatment that will make your stay with us both healthy and happy. Your health is our concern.

In preparation for attending Embry-Riddle and prior to enrollment you must complete a Medical Report Form. This form is sent to accepted students. If you have misplaced your form or need to fill out a new one, download the form, print and complete it for sending. This form lists the immunizations required for registering for classes and living in campus housing.

For your spiritual well being please visit the Haas Interfaith Chapel on campus. The chapel, funded entirely with private contributions, is part of Embry-Riddle's commitment to enhance student life on the Prescott Campus.
