International Student Orientation

Monday, January 11

10PM - 4:30PM - New international students arrive in Prescott and check into Housing. This is the date for new international students to arrive on campus, please notify Courtney Luque by email of your travel plans before your arrival

6:00PM - Meet at CIPS to go out to dinner and on a short shopping trip for necessities. We will visit a local Prescott restaurant and you will have the opportunity to meet some of our current students and the new international students.

Tuesday, January 12
New international students should attend all scheduled Spring 2010 New Student Orientation (SOAR) sessions.

3:00PM - CIPS office Building 51 - International Student information meeting. Plan to attend this VERY IMPORTANT meeting and bring your passport, visa, I-94 card and I-20! We will discuss your visa requirements and responsibilities as well as review health requirements and cultural adjustment information.

5:00PM - Wrap up and final questions
