Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Center for International Programs

The International Student Association currently has over 100 members and is an organization which was created to share cultures, create friendships and erase borders. International students are automatically enrolled upon admission but ISA is open to all interested Embry-Riddle students. ISA helps with and organizes many of the activities supported by the CIPS office.

Helpful information

Please visit the CIPS office if you need more information regarding:

  • Obtaining A Driver's License
  • Getting a Cell Phone
  • Finding housing
  • Getting a bank account
  • Health Insurance - This is mandatory for all international students. If you have insurance from your home country that covers you during your studies in the United States and are able to show sufficient proof, the mandatory insurance fee from the university will be waived.
  • Sponsored Students - If your sponsor requires you to submit an official transcript of grades each semester, you will need to make arrangements for this during the Orientation program.
