How can I obtain account information?
The card holder may request a statement of his/her Eagle Card transaction history at the Eagle Card Office.
What are my liabilities using the Eagle Card?
You must present your Eagle Card at the time of the purchase in order to access Eagle Dollars or other accounts. The named card holder is responsible for all purchases made and debited to their account. Upon request a card holder will be provided a receipt at the time of purchase at any attended reader. The Eagle Card is considered legal tender if presented as payment. Therefore, if your balance goes below zero on any account as a result of the system being off-line, you are still responsible for all purchases made..
Can I get a refund?
No withdrawals, transfers, or refunds are allowed at anytime while enrolled at the University. Funds in either your Flight Accounts or Eagle Dollars carry over from semester to semester until you withdraw, graduate, or terminate employment with the University. Verification is required. For students, all refundable money will be credited to their student account. There is a $10 transaction fee. A request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the Eagle Card Office located in Building 13. It takes a minimum of 24 hours to process a refund and checks are sent within 30 days.
