For some of you this will be the first time that you get to choose your living environment and roommates. It might also be your first time reading and signing a lease, securing utilities, or having to find your own roommate. We understand that the process can be difficult, and intimidating at times. In an effort to assist you secure off-campus accommodations, we have created some resources to help.
Housing and Residence Life maintains a database of available off-campus spaces for rent to ERAU students between January and July, unless there is enough on-campus housing to accommodate the need. Please note that ERAU or the Department of Housing and Residence Life is maintaining the database as a service for our students and is NOT acting as an intermediary between landlord and tenant. Additionally, we do not promise or guarantee that spaces will be rented, rather we will provide the list to our students when they request it. We will only maintain the list for the past 30 days, you are able to resubmit your rental spaces monthly if it is still available. We will provide the list to our students starting the end of January and maintain it through July.
If you would like to submit your space, please download the Off-Campus Space For Rent Form and follow its instructions.
