Looking for a Space to Rent?

Housing and Residence Life hosts a housing fair every Spring. We maintain a list of local landlords that participated in the fair. We do not endorse any specific place or vendor, rather we are providing the list as a service and will NOT act as an intermediary between landlord and tenant. The list of housing fair participants will only be provided to ERAU students. To request the list e-mail prhouse@erau.edu from your ERAU e-mail with your name and indicate that you would like the housing fair vendor list.

Avoiding Housing Rental Scams

The rental market in the Prescott area is tight and highly competitive; scammers leverage renters' fear of losing nice rentals to rush their victims into making costly mistakes. We recommend all students review the AZ Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and have a signed lease. Visit our Crime Prevention page in order to learn more about how to avoid housing rental scams.
