Transfer Student Application Checklist

U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Transfer Priority Filing Dates: Transfer student priority filing dates are as follows:

  • June 1 Fall
  • November 1 Spring
  • March 1 Summer

To apply for admissions as a transfer student, please submit the following:

  • All official college transcripts must be sent sent directly from each institution. An official evaluation of all previously completed college-level course work will be forwarded to you, indicating the courses for which you will receive credit from Embry-Riddle.

  • High school transcript.  Required only for those who have earned fewer than 30 college credit hours after graduating from high school.

  • Transfer students may be asked to submit this Mid-year Grade Report form to the Admissions Office in order to better assess your academic record.

If you have military experience:

  • Include a copy of your DD-214 (when available) and military education transcripts.

Optional Information

  • Resume
    Though not required, we appreciate your employment and community activities summarized in a resume format to include employment, accomplishments, community activities, academic awards, honors, hobbies and other information. 

  • Admissions Essay
    While an essay is not required for admission, it may help us to assess your qualifications. You may include an essay when you submit your application package.
